Acceptance of Terms
By engaging Professional Interior Magic for design services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.
Services Provided
Professional Interior Magic provides interior design services including but not limited to:
- Design consultations and space planning
- Custom furniture design and selection
- Color and material recommendations
- Project management and coordination
- Lighting and accessory selection
Client Responsibilities
Clients are responsible for:
- Providing accurate project information and requirements
- Timely payment according to agreed terms
- Providing access to project sites as needed
- Making timely decisions on design selections
- Obtaining necessary permits and approvals
Payment Terms
Payment terms will be specified in individual project contracts. Generally:
- Design fees are due according to project milestones
- Product purchases require deposits before ordering
- Final payment is due upon project completion
- Late payments may incur additional fees
Project Changes
Changes to approved designs may result in additional fees and extended timelines. All changes must be approved in writing by both parties.
Limitation of Liability
Professional Interior Magic's liability is limited to the amount paid for services. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental damages.
Intellectual Property
All design concepts, drawings, and plans remain the intellectual property of Professional Interior Magic until final payment is received.
Termination
Either party may terminate the agreement with written notice. Client remains responsible for work completed and expenses incurred up to termination date.
